As I sit alone
Inside old town square
It’s eight of the clock
And no one is there
If you had looked
Then you would see
There was no one there
No one but me
Shops are all empty
They have all gone home
I have the whole place
All on my own
The lights give me such
A deep dark complexion
There’s not even a lady
Of negotiable affection
All the assassins
Are asleep in there bed
I only wish I
Could be there in stead
The moon in the sky
Is sending a glare
As I sat alone
Inside old town Square
